OPTION 1:
Payment of 100% of the rental amount the moment you make the booking.
Only 50% of the total rental amount can be refunded until 60 days before the start of the renting period.

OPTION 2:
The renter can also choose to pay 50% of the total rental amount the moment they make the booking. This will be a non-refundable deposit.
The remaining balance of 50% of the rent will be due 60 days before arrival.

In this price when you book : On-site property manager, housekeeping, laundry service, check-out cleaning fee, free surf boards (different sizes), free paddle boards, ping-pong table, handyman that will help you fix any problems you may encounter, towels, infinite water supply from our Vero water tab, yoga mats, TRX, TV, parking spots

Rental policy:
Maximum occupation 16 adults and 4 kids
Minimum stay is 6 nights in high season and mid season and 4 nights in low season
Check out before 12PM and check in is adaptable to arrival time
